Since it took Earth so long to create these beautiful stones, I try hard to utilize as much of the stone as possible either directly in the design of the main piece, or in the careful removal of large enough chunks to develop into studies or small pieces.

This piece shows a few sleeping faces intertwined with a heart like organ. It can be held in your hand and rotated around to look at each side and feel the carvings rather than simply look at it.
